No, you do not. You can select the ‘Guest Checkout’ option which doesn't require you to create an account. However it is strongly recommended to create one, so you can keep a better track of your orders.
Kindly note that we take a slow fashion approach. Please allow up to ten working days to fulfill prior to shipping. Some of the pieces are preorders and have a specific production date and dispatch from the date mentioned on the product page.
All pieces are exclusive hand-made once the order the order has been placed. Please allow up to ten working days to fulfil prior to shipping. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with the tracking numbers.
In case, tracking number does not work or you have not received one, contact us by email and we will solve it for you!
Yes. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Consy is not liable for any customs fees as stated in our Shipping & Returns.
AMENDMENTS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Custom orders are always welcome, so we are more than happy to create one for you. Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colours, sizing and fabrics and we will be more than happy to assist you to ensure absolute satisfaction. Please note, all custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order please email us at. Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order before it goes into production.
We recommend you to check if you have entered your address correctly when placing your order. It is also advisable to reach out to other members of your household or neighbors who may have received and kept the parcel for you. If you have tried all possible delivery locations and have been unable to locate your parcel, please contact us via email so that we can conduct an investigation with the courier.
Please note that once an item has been shipped from our warehouse, we no longer have control over the parcel and are not responsible for its handling or delivery.
