Shipping and returns

Order processing time

All pieces are exclusive hand-made once the order the order has been placed. Please note that we take a slow fashion approach. Please allow up to ten working days to fulfil prior to shipping. Some of the pieces are preorders and have a specific production date and dispatch from the date mentioned on the product page.

International shipping

International orders are sent out via DHL from Bulgaria. Shipping time is usually between 5 to 7 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and depends on the final destination. Shipping rate for your country will be calculated at the checkout. We try our best to make sure duties on our products remain low but if you are an international buyer, some duties may apply and will be your responsibility.

Preorders 

Each pre-order piece has a different production date and dispatch from the date specified on the product page. Please make sure you thoroughly read the product description before placing the order. Consy reserves the right to change production dates with proper notification to customers. 

Import fees and taxes

Please note, Consy can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Consy, you will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery.

For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.

Unexpected delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. 

Returns

We hope you love your new piece as much as we do.  However, we understand sometimes the fit is not right and we are more than happy to accept returns on any item that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. Consy reserve the right to charge full amount if conditions are not met.

You must contact us by email within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask you to include

  • Order number 
  • Name the order was made with 
  • Email address the order was made with 
  • Your request  

Unless the item is a final sale (e.g., Limited release or marked on sale at the time of purchase), returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable with original tags and packaging. Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. We have the right to refuse unauthorised returns sent back to us.

          

Please note, shipping costs are not covered by us. You may use any postal service at your own risk, Consy is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels in transit. We recommend you using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely.

Please update our team with the courier details so we can help monitor the return and update you accordingly. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Kindly note, when we process the refund, we will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.  Once your refund has been issued, funds may take 5 to 10  business days to show in your account depending on your bank. 

Exchange 

We kindly advise contacting us by email within 14 days of delivery if you would like to exchange an item and include

  • Order number 
  • Name the order was made with 
  • Email address the order was made with 
  • Your request

Shipping costs are non-refundable. A new order must be placed for the new item required.

Faulty Items 

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if any items are damaged or defective. We display photographs of our pieces on our website for guidance only. We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on the website are accurate. This depends partially on colour setting of your computer and display. Please note minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

If you have received a damaged item please email  and include

Cancellation 

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order please, email and include

Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order before it goes into production.
